Having backups isn’t enough — you must ensure they actually work. IDC reports that 25% of backup restores fail when tested due to corruption or incomplete files. So to put the math another way, if you took the effort to perform backups but you're only 75% sure they're going to save your business at a critical moment .... let's take that little extra effort to make sure your backups will be there when you need them most!

You are a SHERO — Small-business Harnessing & Empowered by Real-life Opportunity — and ensuring YOU stay in control of your company's online operations means YOU stay in business to continue thriving!.
Try this simple habit:
Set a regular reminder to restore a few files from your backup to confirm they open correctly.
If restore fails, make a new backup and test again.
Repeat monthly or quarterly - like when you pay your rent/mortage, set a reminder to do this too!
Regular testing means you’ll be ready if ransomware strikes.
No tech skills needed to get started.
